DIN EN ISO 15189:2003 Accreditation...
All units in our core lab and our satellite laboratories have been accredited according to ISO 15189 in October 20th, 2005 by DACH (Deutsche Akkreditierungsstelle Chemie). In October 19th, 2010, our laboratories have been re-accredited by TÜRKAK according to TSE EN ISO 15189. The accreditation of our laboratories have been recognized by member countries of ILAC (International Laboratory Accreditation Cooperation) since TÜRKAK is one of the signatories to the ILAC MRA (Mutual Recognition Arrengement).
The aim of ISO 15189 (DIN EN ISO 15189:2003 Medical laboratories - Particular requirements for quality and competence) is to provide safety not only for patients but also for laboratory staff and also to assure quality of medical services provided by the laboratory.
