Following along with the success that it has achieved inside turkey, the Acıbadem healthcare group is getting closer to becoming a world-renowned trademark outside country through its international patients department.
This time, the person who wanted to take advantage of Acıbadem's top quality healthcare services, which are available to all foreign patients for all kinds of treatment diagnoses, was a baroness. Baroness Stefania Von Kories Zu Goetzen, a member of the British royal family, came to the Acibadem Hospital Bakırköy for an operation by plastic surgery specialist Dr. Atilla Arıncı. After expressing her thanks for the professionalism of the doctors, quality of facilities, smiling faces of the nurses, she went back to her country after her successful treatment.

This department offers healthcare services to foreign patients from the day of their request until the time of their return to their country, without interruption. The Acıbadem international patients department, by mediating between patients, doctors, assists in finding correct solutions to the patient's medical problems. Following the patients' healthcare requests, first patients' recommendations tests are relayed to the doctor, then after evaluation, the Acibadem International Patient Department informs the patient with information about different treatment alternatives. Acibadem International starts the "health trip" which begins with the first appointment with the doctor. Following the appointment, starting from the arrival of the patient at the airport, all transfers, accommodations touristic forays are organised by the international patients department.
