In areas open to public: Acibadem Baðdat Street Polyclinic
Turkey's first interior design contest, “Design Durkey / Ida 2005”, is organized at the saloon of Þeker Ahmet Pasa art galery of Mimar Sinan University on tuesday june 7, 2005.
In the contest which was organized on five categories under the sponsorship of Roca Kale, in the category of Areas Open To Public the interior decorators Mr. Atilla Kuzumr. Levent Cirpici of zoom mimarlik received first prize for their "Acibadem Bagdat Street Polyclinic" project.
The polyclinic project of interior decorators Atilla Kuzulevent Cirpici draws attention with its colors at the first glance. The floors are not separated according to their functions, but each floor is characterized by a different color. As an example, child psychology was taken into consideration while designing the storey where pediatric rooms are. The patient beds in the pediatric section are shaped in animal figures. The reason behind this choice relies on the concept of removing the boring, scarypessimist hospital psychology. Drawing attention to modern material choicethe extension of medical technology in the project, the architectural team has not relied on any specific trendcurrent. For the choice of color, the medically accepted colors of whitelight tones have been used. The objective is to make the items decorated with the latest technology more distinguished.
